Prestigious title is awarded by the Brazilian-American Chamber of Commerce

The Brazilian-American Chamber of Commerce today, December 28, announced that Alexandre Birman, CEO/CCO of Arezzo&Co, has been named “Personality of the Year” at the prestigious “Person of the Year” awards. This distinction is granted annually by the organization, which plays a crucial role in promoting bilateral trade and investment between Brazil and the United States.

Alexandre Birman’s appointment to this title is a testament to his exceptional leadership and innovative vision, which were key factors in Arezzo&Co’s remarkable growth. Under his guidance, the company has established itself as Brazil’s largest “house of brands” in fashion, achieving national and international recognition.

Birman’s journey as a women’s shoe designer significantly contributed to his rise as a prominent figure in the luxury fashion sector. His commitment and dedication to the business were fundamental to Arezzo&Co’s success.

In response to the news, Alexandre Birman expressed his gratitude: “This is a recognition of a lifetime dedicated to our business, anchored in very strong pillars and principles encouraged primarily by my father, Anderson Birman, and which remain steadfast in our culture. I must thank not only the Brazilian-American Chamber of Commerce, but also all employees, suppliers, franchisees, advisors, investors, and so many other partners who make Arezzo&Co what it is every day. This confirms that we are on the right path.”

The awards ceremony is scheduled for May 15, 2024, in New York. The Brazilian-American Chamber of Commerce expects to bring together around 1,000 leaders from the international business community to honor the awardees and celebrate Alexandre Birman’s remarkable achievements.
