Cris Barros unveils the High on Love collection at the new flagship
A celebration of Brazilian authorial fashion in harmony with art, architecture, and sustainability
The Spring-Summer 2026 season takes on new contours with the launch of High on Love, a collection that translates feelings of wholeness, freedom, and presence into clothing. Created by designer Cris Barros, the line was unveiled alongside the reopening of the brand’s flagship in São Paulo, located on Rua Vitório Fasano in Jardim Paulista, now redesigned with an architectural project by Carolina Maluhy.
Inspired by the idea of lightness and surrender to the present moment, High on Love introduces pieces that move between body-conscious silhouettes and fluid proposals, with sheer fabrics, flawless draping, and natural movement. Among the highlights are floral motifs in multiple interpretations and the Fiori dress — the season’s must-have — distinguished by 3D appliqués and striking black-and-white contrasts.
Embroidery, a true signature of the brand, appears through a variety of artisanal techniques: raised leaves cascading over linen voile, bouquets embroidered on cotton voile, clusters woven with shimmering lurex threads on linen, and floral guipure lace creating textured 3D effects. Each piece reveals the meticulous craftsmanship that defines Cris Barros’ creations.
The collection also embraces a contemporary take on tailoring, striking a balance between masculine and feminine elements. Marjorelle mini tops are paired with low-waist shorts and suede platforms, while the oversized blazer is styled with lace bralettes and pleated trousers — versatile looks that transition seamlessly from day to night.
Accessories take center stage as objects of desire: the timeless crochet mule and the satin maxi platform sandal, unveiled in three striking shades — yogurt pink, butter yellow, and classic black — designed to elevate evening ensembles with effortless sophistication.
One of the defining strengths of High on Love lies in its commitment to sustainability. More than half of the collection has been crafted with conscious materials, such as the Marshmallow fabric — made from viscose sourced through responsibly managed forests and certified by the FSC®. This approach reinforces Cris Barros’ dedication to uniting sophistication, authorial fashion, and environmental responsibility.
The reopening of the São Paulo flagship marks a new chapter for the brand. Designed by Carolina Maluhy, the space translates the label’s philosophy into organic architecture, with gentle curves, natural light, artisanal textures, and Brazilian artworks. From the fluid façade to the details of the fitting rooms, every element was conceived to create an immersive experience that extends the universe of the collection.
More than a store, the Cris Barros flagship becomes a space where fashion, art, and architecture converge — an invitation to experience the very essence of High on Love: connection, belonging, and wholeness. It is a celebration of Brazilian creativity in its most contemporary expression, where aesthetics and consciousness walk side by side.
