When Art Meets Movement

In the emblematic Pina Luz building, Bvlgari celebrated the first chapter of its partnership with the museum

On Tuesday night (11), the Pinacoteca de São Paulo took on new contours of art and emotion through sponsorship dedicated to the Conservation and Restoration Center, responsible for preserving more than 11,000 works in its collection. Among the restored pieces unveiled to the public were In Search of Light (1940), by Maria Martins, and Bearer of Perfume (1923–24), by Victor Brecheret, both symbols of the power and sensitivity of Brazilian art.

To mark the occasion, the Roman Maison presented an unprecedented performance by French choreographer Sadeck Berrabah, known for his geometric and hypnotic compositions, alongside Brazilian dancer Ingrid Silva. Together, they created a choreography with forty local dancers, a dialogue between technique and emotion, set to a soundtrack inspired by the rhythm of funk. Ingrid opened the show with a captivating solo, leading the audience into a moment of pure synchronicity and transcendence.

Among the guests, names such as Maria Fernanda Cândido, Marina Ruy Barbosa, Samile Bermannelli, André Lamoglia and Pedro Scooby celebrated the meeting between Italian savoir-faire and Brazil’s art in motion. Wearing iconic jewelry from Bvlgari, actresses Maria Fernanda and Marina Ruy Barbosa spoke about the importance of preserving cultural legacy and valuing the dialogue between tradition and modernity, a gesture that resonates both in the museum’s galleries and in the ateliers of the Roman Maison.

More than a celebration, the night at the Pinacoteca reaffirmed the power of art as a living force capable of uniting eras, bodies and cultures under the same rhythm.
