Arezzo&Co. announces Paris Texas as the new member of the group

With the transaction, Arezzo&Co acquires 65% of the company’s capital. The founders retain 35% of the business and remain at the helm of operations.

Kicking off the month of March on the right foot, Arezzo&Co today announces its latest international achievement: the acquisition of Paris Texas, recognized as one of Europe’s leading women’s footwear brands. With this move, the company adds another member to its group.

Annamaria Briovio and Massimo Baltimora founded Paris Texas in 2015 in the city of Milan. The brand quickly gained prominence for its ability to set trends and create iconic products, driving accelerated growth and high profitability.
