Le Silvarolli: a summer of glamour and freshness in St. Tropez

Between iconic beach clubs, unforgettable sunsets, and off-the-beaten-path discoveries, Helena Silvarolli unveils her perfect itinerary on the Côte d’Azur

Fresh with a touch of glam — that’s how Helena Silvarolli describes St. Tropez. For her, the French town is an invitation to experience summer intensely, with enchanting beaches, light and delicious cuisine, and an atmosphere that embraces every moment. In an exclusive interview with Lifestyle Mag, Helena shared her experiences, discoveries, and Tropézien secrets, creating a true guide for those seeking the best of the Côte d’Azur.

Upon arrival, she checked into the iconic Hotel Byblos, where mornings were a tug-of-war between a poolside feast and coffee with sand between your toes. But when it comes to brunch, Helena is categorical: Verde Beach, in Ramatuelle, is unbeatable. With a tropical vibe, a DJ spinning all day, and dishes that blend freshness and flavor — such as the burrata salad that won over her palate — the spot is a must-go for anyone wanting to combine gastronomy with a paradisiacal setting.

For light and chic lunches during high season, she recommends LouLou and Gigi, temples of seafood and classics of French and Italian cuisine. “LouLou’s pasta alla vodka and Gigi’s truffled pizza completely swept me off my feet,” she reveals. For a memorable dinner, her pick was Kinugawa, which combines impeccable décor, a sophisticated atmosphere, and the energy of a party that lasts through the night.

And speaking of parties, Helena reveals her favorite place to dance until late: La Caves du Roy, with lights, incredible DJs, and an energy that keeps no one leaving early. On sunny days, her perfect refuge was Les Palmiers, beach club, with access to one of the region’s most beautiful beaches, impeccable service, and a menu of fresh dishes that make time pass unhurriedly.

When it comes to shopping, she fell for Cult Gaia’s sexy-chic pieces and SAFARI’s vibrant, glittering fashion. For unexpected gastronomic experiences, Helena recommends Le Banh-Koï, an intimate Thai restaurant full of art, and Gigi, with its wine cellar worthy of the most discerning connoisseurs.

Style in St. Tropez, according to her, is a balance between chic and sexy — dresses with cut-outs, vibrant colors, maxi accessories, and colorful scarves are indispensable. At night, sparkle and metallics take over. And, of course, an essential daily ritual: protect your skin in the first days, then rely on self-tanner to achieve the golden glow that is almost a visual passport to Eurosummer.

Among the most cinematic moments, Helena recalls the drive to the east coast in Ramatuelle and the sunset at the port of St. Tropez, with the sea reflecting the golden hour. “It’s impossible not to get emotional,” she says. For her, the scent of the city is aquatic with floral undertones, and the soundtrack includes Whitney Houston and DJ Vanco, sounds that have become inseparable from the trip.

Her final tip for those wanting to experience St. Tropez in a unique way: explore unhurriedly by car, discovering hidden bars, traditional restaurants, and shops off the tourist trail. “No photo captures the charm of seeing St. Tropez come to life. Every angle is a living painting.”

This is the spirit Helena carries with her — and what transforms St. Tropez into much more than a destination: a state of mind where freshness meets glamour, and every day is a new summer scene.
