Panerai reinforces its military essence with collection inspired by the Navy SEALs
High-performance watches that combine bold aesthetics and precision in a tribute to the elite legacy
A Panerai, a brand with deep roots in the military world, has launched a new capsule watch collection inspired by the iconic Navy SEALs. Known for its legacy of supplying precision instruments to the Italian Navy, Panerai upholds its commitment to creating watches that reflect bravery, challenge and team spirit – the same values that define the Navy SEALs.
This new 2024 collection features four Submersible models that combine functionality and robust design, highlighting the camouflaged aesthetic and the durability required for elite operations. One of the symbols of this partnership is the presence of the official Navy SEALs emblem at the 6 o’clock position on the dials, as well as the case backs engraved with the unit’s logo.
Among the collection’s models, the Submersible QuarantaQuattro Navy SEALs PAM01518 stands out. With a 44 mm brushed stainless steel case, the model combines robustness and refined style. Its gradient dial, transitioning from black to anthracite, is complemented by beige Super-LumiNova® details, ensuring visibility in low-light conditions. Equipped with the reliable P.900 automatic movement, the watch offers a 3-day power reserve, maintaining precision and performance in extreme situations.
Another highlight is the Submersible QuarantaQuattro GMT Navy SEALs Carbotech™ PAM01513, which features a 44 mm Carbotech™ case, a carbon-fiber compound. This material, besides being lightweight – 64% lighter than titanium – offers superior durability. The PAM01513 is ideal for adventurers who demand maximum resilience and functionality, with an ergonomic design ready to withstand adverse conditions.
The collection also includes the Submersible Navy SEALs Titanio PAM01669, with a 47 mm titanium case, and the Submersible Chrono Navy SEALs Titanio PAM01521, a flyback chronograph with a limited edition of 80 pieces.
All the models in the collection come equipped with interchangeable rubber and camouflage-fabric straps, allowing customization for different occasions. In addition, they have been rigorously tested to ensure water resistance and reliability in challenging environments, reflecting Panerai’s military and maritime DNA.
Available exclusively at Panerai boutiques, the new Submersible Navy SEALs models will go on sale starting September 2024, with the PAM01521 arriving in October.
