Flavors of Paris: Juju Norremose and Her Gastronomic Tips from the City of Light

Discover Paris's must-go restaurants through the influencer's eyes

Paris is a city that exudes elegance and charm, making it a sought-after destination for many. Renowned for its rich culture, fashion, and, of course, its exceptional gastronomy, the City of Light is home to some of the best restaurants in the world, where cuisine is truly an art form.

During the month of September, digital influencer and fashion enthusiast Juju Norremose landed in Paris for Fashion Week. Her stay in the city went beyond the incredible shows and fashion events. While she was there, the influencer seized the opportunity to dive headfirst into the Parisian culinary scene, exploring authentic flavors and discovering restaurants that make Paris a paradise for haute cuisine aficionados.

For this reason, we invited Juju to share with us her selection of the city’s most extraordinary restaurants. Get ready for a unique journey through the enchanting streets of Paris and savor an unforgettable culinary experience. Bon appétit!

Kinugawa Vendôme

“When I stepped into Kinugawa Vendôme, it was like being transported straight to the heart of Tokyo. This Japanese restaurant offers a unique culinary experience. The super fresh fish they use is enough to impress anyone, and the eggplant is an explosion of
flavors that everyone should try. Oh, the sushi! Simply the tastiest that SB and I have ever had. Unmissable!”

LouLou

“If you’re looking for a charming view in Paris, LouLou, located in the Musée des Arts Décoratifs opposite the Louvre gardens, is the perfect choice. The restaurant reinvents Mediterranean classics with a selection of super fresh ingredients. Whether on the terrace or in the charming interior, the service is as impeccable as the dishes. I recommend the grilled octopus with aioli with my eyes closed! LouLou offers a cozy, refined, and utterly delicious experience.”

“It was at Le Récamier that I found the best soufflé in Paris! This place is simply charming. Chef Gérald Idoux has the magic touch to turn sweet soufflés, like the classic chocolate, and savory four-cheese ones, into true masterpieces. Each bite is an explosion of flavors. And the atmosphere is equally enchanting, with very tasteful decor. Whether for a casual lunch or a sophisticated dinner, Le Récamier is a must-visit.”

Sadelle’s at Kith Paris

“Imagine a perfect brunch, and you’ll have an idea of what Sadelle’s at Kith Paris is like. This restaurant, originally from the United States, has taken brunch to a new level. With its New York–inspired menu, including items like caviar-topped eggs Benedict and freshly sliced salmon bagels, it’s impossible to resist. Plus, the setting is incredible, with a multicolored Carrara marble floor and a floor-to-ceiling plant wall. A unique gastronomic experience no one should miss!”

Restaurant Voltaire

“This is one of those Parisian restaurants that simply captivate. Founded in 1908, Le Voltaire offers traditional and charming French cuisine made with precious products from the French terroir. There I had the pleasure of tasting the most delicious French chicken of my life, and the profiteroles—which are out of this world. The atmosphere is warm and elegant, with very traditional decor that showcases the venue’s history. A true culinary experience that transports you straight to the Belle Époque.”

L’Avenue

“L’Avenue, a Parisian classic, is a venue that pleases everyone. With its super sophisticated ambiance, black and burgundy velvet decor, and golden details, it has become a seal of quality in Paris. I, personally, am such a fan that I came back three times on this trip! With its privileged location in the 8th arrondissement, it’s the perfect spot to watch the city’s most luxurious fashion houses, including Chanel, Dior, and Louis Vuitton. Without a doubt, L’Avenue is always the right place.”

Mun

“Mun is simply a delight for the senses. This restaurant combines a spectacular view of the Eiffel Tower with breathtaking Japanese-inspired cuisine. We tried the impeccably prepared Wagyu steak and savored each dish while overlooking the sparkling lights of the Eiffel Tower. If you’re looking for an incredible gastronomic experience with a panoramic view of Paris, Mun is the perfect place!”
