Founder of All About Management, All About Magazine, Julietas Golden Rose, as well as a contributor to Hola Living, Sofia Paramio might leave an extremely strong first impression—entrepreneurial and business‐oriented—but she is much more than that. Mother, wife, traveler, and a culinary enthusiast, visiting her Instagram profile is like looking up the definition of a classic influencer in the Aurélio dictionary.
A Sagittarius born in early December couldn’t have any other main theme in her content: the centerpiece of her posts and commentary is travel. With over 80,000 followers and counting, she shares her life in her home country—Spain—alongside Nacho Losada, her husband, and their daughter.
Today she is recognized as one of Spain’s most valuable influencers, much of which is due to her entrepreneurial spirit. By aligning her image with PR practices, she launched All About Management, which we mentioned earlier.
All About Management, because, let’s be honest—everything is management
With nearly 10,000 followers, the brand All About Management focuses on talent management, hiring and applying influencer marketing concepts, as well as offering PR strategy services. If there’s one thing AAM knows how to handle, it’s communication.
Nowadays, in a society that demands ever more refined aesthetics, working with specialists like Sofia Paramio Delgado means having someone as perfectionist as her; with a quick look at her work, you’ll find consistency in every detail—from the brands she has worked with, created, or participated in, to her personal feed, which is one of the most cohesive we’ve seen here at the editorial team. From outfit choices, landscapes, color palettes, and more.
But All About Management doesn’t stop there, as it also includes All About Magazine. There, Sofia and her team are responsible for bringing the latest in music, shows, fashion trends, discussions of concepts, “Must” lists, and a multitude of other diverse content.
Connected, current, critical, and visionary—that is Sofia Paramio.

Concept you consume
Do you think Sofia’s facets end there? She is the person behind Julieta’s Golden Rosé, alongside Saioa Goitia Izaguirre, CEO of an international fashion company.
Julieta’s Golden Rosé is a wine brand that currently has just one label. Focused on high quality, selecting the best grapes, and hiring specialized professionals at every stage of production, each bottle is perfectly designed to convey sensitivity, a unique bouquet of aromas, as well as the energy of craftsmanship, the organic, and the passion that Sofia and Saioa feel for viticulture.
The aesthetic—both of the brand and its campaigns and Instagram—follows a very current pattern of behavior: timelessness. The products seem to span from the tech-obsessed 2000s to the seventies hippie era with its undeniable passion for nature and connection to the supernatural.
It’s incredible the sensitivity that Sofia has, a true “Entrepreneurial Artist,” capable of applying ethereal concepts—hardly put into words—in a very practical, concise, and efficient way.
The entrepreneurial journalist is discreet, but reveals her life
Sofia Paramio is one of those people whose reputation precedes her entrance into a room. Journalist, fashion specialist, and entrepreneur, her brilliance draws attention. Behind this dazzling first impression, we see that she has a life much like any other woman’s.
In her downtime she educates and plays with her daughter, who even now threatens to steal her mother’s shoes, even if they don’t fit. Sofia also studies and philosophizes a lot about fashion, seeking to produce editorials, collaborations, and presentations that bring new norms to aesthetics.
A Fleetwood Mac fan, specifically of the song “Gypsy,” Sofia is an inspiration for many women, largely because of her authenticity. She is real, and she makes that very clear in everything she does, giving her all to each moment and opportunity.
It’s no wonder she has so many facets. She has lived through various versions of herself until discovering this one, which is her most authentic version to date.
How about getting to know a bit more about Sofia in her own words? Check it out:
LM: Hi Sofia! To start, let’s do a quick rapid-fire to introduce you to our readers. Where are you from? Did you grow up in your hometown?
S: Hi everyone! I’m from Madrid, Spain, and yes, I grew up there. Born and raised.
LM: Tell us a bit about your family, your siblings, relatives, and their nationality.
S: I have only one brother, and both he and my parents are from Spain as well. A family of Spaniards.
LM: What did you study in higher education and what were your favorite subjects?
S: I majored in journalism, and I absolutely loved my history, art, and literature classes.
LM: And what about your hobbies?
S: I love traveling; it’s one of my greatest passions. Also boxing, something that relaxes and entertains me.
LM: How did you begin your career in the publishing world?
S: I started working at Vogue Spain at 21; I was a fashion editor for just over four years. From there, I went to Harper’s Bazaar Spain. In both roles, I managed to have my own section in the magazine and it was an incredible learning experience, also allowing me to gain a broader understanding of fashion communication—until I founded my own communications agency, All About Management, with two partners.
LM: Wow, that’s great. And what positive aspects has Spain itself brought to your business?
S: Spain is the country I come from and where I grew up, and in terms of professional development, one’s birthplace always makes things easier: you understand how people think and act, the journey of brands and the industry—everything—much better than in another country. Made in Spain is becoming increasingly popular; there is a lot of talent and great work in Spain. Moreover, it’s a fantastic place to communicate or even host events—we love celebrating everything.
LM: What do you enjoy most about your work in the editorial office?
S: I’ve always loved anything creative; I couldn’t work in anything that wasn’t creative, and writing is perhaps one of the things that allows you to express that creativity.
LM: We’ve noticed you love writing. But how did your passion for fashion emerge?
S: My mother is a historian and fashion designer; she took me to shows when I was little and always passed on her passion for the industry. At around 12 or 13, I started consuming fashion magazines, looked at every collection I could find online, read everything I could about the industry, and before I knew it, when I started working, I already had a solid background in the field.
LM: For you, what is the role of journalism in today’s fashion?
S: Even though street style is very accessible to everyone thanks to social media, or collections are less than a second away from everyone’s reach, the journalist and their professional vision will always provide context and can offer more in-depth information on everything. It is the journalist’s role, then, to deliver complete, explanatory, and immersive information.

LM: Still talking about fashion, how would you define your style?
S: I like to feel empowered in my clothes. From that standpoint, I don’t think I can define my style specifically. These days, I wear a lot of timeless pieces, sometimes with subtle hints of sensuality.
LM: Tell us: what’s your favorite wardrobe item today? And what brand is it?
S: My Chanel 2.55 bag, without a doubt. For me, it has emotional significance; it’s classic and I honestly love it.
LM: Now, a bit about work: How did the idea for All About come about?
S: My partners Paula, Lourdes, and I had been working in the communications field for some time and saw how many mistakes we experienced day to day. We wanted to take our own approach and at the same time bring brands closer to social media in the right way, since even today, as a practically new field, there are many questions about it and how to work in it.
LM: What’s the most fun thing you’ve ever designed?
S: We design many of our clients’ monthly events, so I think that would be it.
LM: Speaking of Sofia the Traveler, what are your favorite destinations? And we’d like recommendations for where to have breakfast, lunch, brunch, or even dinner.
S: That’s a tough question; there are so many places. I love Charrúa and Fismuler in Madrid, Gjelina’s in Los Angeles, Caviar Kaspia and Loulou in Paris, Pura Vida in Miami. Lots of options.
LM: Where do you feel the most beautiful?
S: In Los Angeles—I simply love it.
LM: If you could say something to your 15-year-old self, what would you say?
“Everything that’s to come will be better than you ever imagined.”
LM: Your Instagram is simply amazing; what are your inspirations? Which accounts do you follow?
S: I love following brands like YSL; their account is simply everything. I also draw inspiration from small, creative pages. Currently, my obsession is TikTok—it’s simply addictive.
LM: What do you love most about yourself?
S: The fact that I always have a clear idea of what I like and want. I feel lucky and I love that about myself.
LM: Which book changed your life?
S: It wasn’t one specific book, but Isabel Allende’s works always move me.
LM: What foods make you feel at home?
S: Cocido, my favorite, a typical dish from Madrid.
LM: Who are your top three fashion icons?
S: They would have to be Kate Moss, Caroline of Monaco, and Cher.
LM: Finally, what’s the best advice you’ve ever received?
S: To be kind and humble; you never know when you will be on the other side.
Let us be more like Sofia
Of course, not all of us can wake up one day and decide to venture into the fashion world or launch a new wine brand. Various forces may prevent us from following certain paths. But still, we can draw a bit of inspiration from Sofia and embrace the mindset: let us always move closer to what makes us most authentic.
What do you want for yourself? A family? Calmer days? To read more books and develop a sharper critical sense? Once you have that information in mind, you can start making decisions toward that goal. What brings you closer to your most authentic self, and what moves you away from it?
We have already begun reflecting on this, seeking to find ourselves, and Sofia has been an inspiration for everyone here at the editorial team. How about you join this trend?
