The Macallan awakens in São Paulo with an immersive experience

The pop-up boutique opening at JK Iguatemi brings exclusive launches to Brazil

A The Macallan celebrates 200 years in 2024, and now announces the opening of its first pop-up boutique in Brazil, at JK Iguatemi Shopping Center in São Paulo. This debut is part of the brand’s global itinerary, which already has exclusive spaces in Asia and Colombia, and brings a never-before-seen immersive experience to the country. The highlight will be the launch of The Macallan Time: Space Mastery, an exclusive single malt that symbolizes two centuries of history, matured in 14 types of oak casks.

Additionally, the pop-up will also feature other iconic expressions of the brand, such as the M Collection, Double Cask and Sherry Oak ranges.

With a minimalist design that combines elements of Scottish tradition and an intimate setting for private tastings, the boutique was conceived to connect the Brazilian audience to the brand’s legacy in an innovative and creative way. “We incorporated details that harken back to our distillery in Scotland and created a space to offer a unique experience,” comments Gianpaolo Morselli, The Macallan Ambassador in Brazil.

Tiago Serrano, the brand’s Country Manager, highlights the commercial significance of the initiative, emphasizing The Macallan’s 56% share in the single malt market in Brazil. “This is a golden opportunity for consumers to engage with the brand and explore our limited editions, such as Time: Space Mastery,” he states.

The pop-up boutique will be open to the public from today (3), on the ground floor of JK Iguatemi, stores 130/131, in São Paulo.
