Touches of Brazilian spirit elevate the hotel experience at OIÁ Casa Lençóis
The suites and bungalows are perfect options for enjoying the season in a stunning landscape of seasonal lagoons and lush vegetation.
Situated in the second most beautiful park in the world, according to Bounce research, the OIÁ Casa Lençóis combines privacy and excellence in hospitality at one of Brazil’s most sought-after destinations. Located in Santo Amaro, near Lençóis Maranhenses National Park, it is the perfect spot to enjoy this hospitality experience later this year during the second season between June and November.
Ideated by TP Group, the company of Tomas Perez, an expert in high-end travel, OIÁ Casa Lençóis features the curation of interior designer Marina Linhares, and includes five mobile suites decorated by renowned Brazilian designers, set against a splendid natural backdrop with native vegetation and diverse wildlife.
The contemporary-styled environment is surrounded by lagoons formed by rainfall, blending the property’s landscape with a décor concept composed of design pieces from Brazilian culture and striking natural beauty, which reveal themselves as a form of decompression. OIÁ’s sophistication resonates with a cadence of time that invites relaxation across 52,500 m2 of natural vegetation, where horses, goats, and piglets roam freely, along with many birds.
Highlighting regional cuisine, the main goal is to stimulate local supplier production and showcase Maranhão’s ingredients. Led by chef Brazilian Luiz Felipe Streppel, this season’s menu will feature steamed yellow hake with a corn crust in a mushroom and cashew sauce. The cocktail selection is also outstanding, with original classics like the Caipitica de Caju, made from cassava and cashews picked directly from the property’s cashew trees.
With ambitious goals, international expansion is one of the group’s objectives, taking the brand to countries such as France, England, Germany, and Switzerland.
The OIÁ Casa Lençóis offers a sophisticated and relaxing experience, highlighting Brazilian culture and design in its décor and ambiance, including a special musical and literary curation. OIÁ’s proposal is to connect guests to the destination, valuing regionalism and providing an authentic and engaging stay.
