Founded in 2017 in Colombia, Juan de Dios emerged as a life-changing project for its founder and creative director, Maria Valencia, who was pursuing a corporate career and decided to invest in her dream of having a fashion brand. By combining creativity with business expertise, Maria manages to reflect the small pleasures of life in each of her pieces inspired by the most magnificent tropical landscapes of Colombia.

But what makes Juan de Dios a truly unique brand is its sustainable purpose, which makes use of recyclable materials, artisanal methods, and high-quality fabrics in its designs carefully produced by women.

In celebration of the brand’s 5th anniversary, Juan de Dios launches its new Spring/Summer collection, SAN JUAN, which tells the magical story of a biodiverse forest through the classic prints that reference Colombia’s mangrove. The collection features fabrics made of Econyl and natural fibers such as silk, cotton, and linen. Defined silhouettes appear alongside the embroidery and artisanal finishes that give the touch of elegance and comfort that summer calls for.
